Academics and Workforce Readiness

We value individualized instruction, project-based learning, and preparation for the workforce. We also include a spiritual formation component that seeks genuine heart change and believe this type of change best takes place in highly relational community rooted in love.  Indeed, we aim to be this type of school as we work diligently to create a family atmosphere that regularly invites its students to deeper levels of relational connecting, emotional healing, and critical thinking.

Our Program Includes the Following 3 Stages of Growth:

Pikes Peak Academy exists to help young people break the cycles they are stuck in and build lives of purpose by walking alongside them through four stages of development: Equipping, Exploring, Experiencing, and Establishing. In Equipping, students learn to answer the questions Who am I?, Am I going to be okay?, and What should I be up to? while developing character, life skills, academic foundations, and personal responsibility through the core values of Be Present, Be Respectful, and Grow. In Exploring, students discover their strengths, interests, and potential career paths through hands-on projects, employment, and real-world experiences. In Experiencing, students and graduates pursue their chosen path through college, training, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, or career-track employment while receiving ongoing mentorship, coaching, and practical support. Finally, in Establishing, alumni build stable families, careers, businesses, and financial security while investing back into their communities and helping others succeed. The ultimate goal is not simply high school graduation, but the transformation of individuals, families, and future generations through a lifelong journey from survival to thriving.
